IndiaGlitz [Saturday, April 05, 2014]

Actor Vijay Sethupathi who has carved a niche for himself as hero with a penchant to act in good scripts is currently busy with the final stages of his next film Mellisai that is being directed by Ranjith Jeyakodi. Mellisai story revolves in Chennai and Vijay Sethupahi dons a purely urbanized role. The Panniyarum Padminiyum actor has had a fresh hair cut for his role in the film.

Vijay Sethupathi's take on his looks

Vijay Sethupathi has appeared in most of his films with unkempt hair and bearded face. He says he never cares about his looks since he does not consider himself as a star and he would rather worry about his performance. But he is quick to add that he has never failed to oblige a director's request to change his looks to suit the character he plays.

One may recall Naduvula Konjam Pakkatha Kanom, probably the only film in which the actor appeared without beard.
