Suriya's Bollywood plans

In a recent meeting with the Press, Suriya said he was delighted to be recognized by people living in Mumbai wherever they shot ‘Anjaan’. For beginners, N.Lingusamy directed ‘Anjaan’ is a gangster action flick that has been shot entirely in Mumbai for the first time in actor Suriya’s career.

Suriya said that “it seems I need not introduction in Mumbai. People recognized by wherever we shot the film. Suriya’s popularity in Mumbai may be due to the widespread reach of ‘Singam’ and ‘Ghajini’ which have been remade in Hindi and have become blockbusters. The versatile actor added that people said they also watch his Tamil films whenever they are being telecast in Television.

The actor revealed that ‘Anjaan’ will probably be dubbed in Hindi too. When questioned, whether he plans to enter Bollywood soon? The actor says “not in the near future”.

In ‘Anjaan’ Suriya appears in two characters. One is Raaju Bhai a Mumbai based gangster and other is Krishna a man with a limp. ‘Anjaan’ is touted as feel good action entertainer presented with emotion, mystery and friendship.
