Anaika, who made her debut in Ram Gopal Varma's bilingual film 'Satya 2', will be pairing with Siddharth in 'Kaaviya Thalaivan'. The film is set in early 20th century and was an altogether different experience for the actress.
The role required her to visit the interiors of rural Tamil Nadu. Anaika was not used to the rural life as she has spent her years in urban India. However, the actress loved to explore new places and learn what the role demanded.
Anaika quotes her experience of Karaikudi where she had to stay under one roof in a house. All her co stars discussed was cinema and she felt really nervous as she was a newbie in the industry. Anaika plays a role of Princess in 'Kaaviya Thalaivan'. Vasanthabalan, a disciplinarian, asked her to pretend like a princess before getting into the shoe of one. Working with him made the actress learn and hone her acting skills.
The actress will be seen driving a vintage car in the first shot. When asked about her experience, she said that driving a vintage car is tough as the brakes and clutch are very hard. The soundtrack of the film is composed by Ace musician A R Rahman. Anaika loved dancing to the tunes of song Hey Mr Minor with Siddharth.
'Kaaviya Thalaivan' is expected to release in the month of September.
