Lingusamy managed to stage a comeback with Sandai Kozhi after a dismal outing in his last film G. Sandai Kozhi starring Vishal and Meera Jasmine has been carrying positive reviews. However now Lingusamy faces a different problem.

The producer of the movie Vikram Krishna, a one-time actor himself, has lodged a complaint with Tamil Film Producers Council that he incurred huge losses in Sandai Kozhi for the director Lingusamy did not keep up his word.

He said Lingusamy had agreed to complete the movie on a first-copy basis. However it exceeded the budget and also he demanded a huge salary. Buzz is that Lingusamy has been issued a red card by the producers council, which means he cannot commence any new venture now.

Lingusamy who is in Kumbakonam to finalize the script for his next film Bheema starring Vikram in the lead role, was not available for comments.
