Finally director Praveen Kanth 'Thullal' is all set to make it to the theatres next month.

Besides wielding the megaphone, Praveen Kanth plays the lead role in the movie, which went to floors almost a couple of years ago.

Praveen Kanth is naturally happy at the turn of events.

‘I did not lose all my hopes when Thullal faced several handicaps and was lying in the cans for long time’, says Praveen Kanth.

After M R Radha's Ratha Kaneer, perhaps Thullal has the hero playing a baddie all through the movie.

‘Having acted as the hero, I would say acting is easier than directing’.

Praveen Kanth says, 'I hope the year 2006 bring better fortunes to me. After Thullal, I am directing and playing the lead role in a movie to be produced by director Manoj Kumar. Then I am committed to do a movie for CTV Entertainments. But the hero has not yet been finalized'.

My struggle to complete Thullal and have it released taught me enough lessons and I am now focused and determined to make it big in Kollywood, he adds.
