Joining the long list of actresses getting to small screen is Meera Vasudevan.

The actress made her beginning in Tamil with Unnai Charan Adainthen and recently acted in a Malayalam movie Tanmatra opposite Mohanlal.

Her performance won her rave reviews. When everyone expected her to continue acting in Malayalam, the actress has chosen to enter the small screen.

She has accepted to play the pivotal role in a mega-serial titled Penn, which would go on air in Sun TV beginning this month-end.

Kausalya starrer Manaivi will be replaced by Penn.

A popular yesteryear heroine Seetha also plays an important part in Penn.
