 Director Ameer will finally wind up shooting for his Paruthi Veeran on 10 July.
He has for over 150 days in various locales in Madurai.
Karthik (actor's Suriya's brother and a one-time associate of director Manirathinam) is being introduced as hero in the movie.
Acting opposite him is Priyamani.
Ameer has urged Suriya to play a guest role in the movie, which the latter declined politely.
The movie is based on a real-life incident and we have taken care to ensure that the movie appeals to all section of audience, says Ameer.
With plans to release the movie this Deepavali, Ameer is busy gearing up for the final stages of production.
Yuvan scores music for the film and Ramji cranks the camera.
