Reema Sen was urged to appear in an item number for Mohanlal - Jeeva starrer Aran. The actress, who is currently acting in a couple of films as heroine, has reportedly declined the offer. As a result, the crew began to look for an alternative.

Now they have chosen Rahasiya to replace Reema. Rahasiya had danced her way to fame with Seena Thana song in Vasool Raja. The song will be shot very soon.

Interestingly Reema had appeared in a couple of films including JJ directed by Saran for a song.

Rahasiya, who had a brisk beginning with Seena Thana, faded away after and has done a few movies in Kannada. She is back in Tamil now.
