Rendu is all geared up to make it this week. The film was censored last week and is now ready to make it to the theatres this weekend.

Though director Sundar C has kept the story a closely-guarded secret, sources say that humour and suspense will be mixed in a never-before way to make the film one of a kind in Tamil cinema.

Madhavan’s role is a well-concealed one. Sources say he may even be playing a double role. Further, Reema Sen and Anushka are there to provide all the glamour.

The highlight, as ever in Sundar C’s films, would be the portions involving Vadivelu. It will bring the house down, said one source.

All things considered, Rendu may be number one hit of the season.
