After a brief interval, Roja is back on the silver screen. The actress has taken to play the mom's role now. Taking a cue from the likes of Revathy, Ranjitha, Aishwarya and Kushboo, Roja has accepted to don the role of mother in a Tamil movie.

Director A Venkatesh has cast Roja as Nila's mother in Khilladi. The movie stars Bharath in the lead role. It is being produced by Salem Chandrasekhar.

Roja started her career with Chembaruthy. She went on to do several movies in Tamil and Telugu and managed to establish herself as a numero uno actress in both Tollywood and Kollywood.

Married to director R K Selvamani, who introduced her to silver screen, Roja has also accepted to do a couple of movies in Telugu now. Certainly, on the comeback mode is Roja.
