Karan is 'Yamaha' Murugan now. The actor plays the lead role in his forthcoming Thee Nagar called Yamaha Murugan.

Karan plays the role of a student Union leader who champions the cause of students in the movie.

The movie directed by Thirumalai, has musical score by Jassie Gift.

Thriled at back-to-back success in Kokki and Karuppasamy Kuthagaitharar, Karan says, “I was confident that people would appreciate good storyline. It has come true with my earlier two films. Thee Nagar is no different from them. I am confident that it would also go on to become a big hit”.

Karan says,” I am choosy these days. I listen to the scripts. Only If I am impressed, I go ahead to do them. Quality matters the most for me than quantity”, he adds.
