Joining the long list of movies being titled on the yesteryear blockbusters is Ninaithathai Mudipavan. The movie featured MGR in the lead role and went on to become a blockbuster.

After almost three decades, the title has been recycled for a movie featuring Jai Akash and Keerthi Chawla.

Maharajan, who directed Vijayakanth's Managara Kaval and Prabhu's Vettri Mel Vettri, will be wielding the megaphone for the movie.

Maharajan says, “Ninaithathai Mudipavan is an action-packed entertainer. It has loads of action, romance and comedy. Jai Akash has performed well in the movie”.
