Glamorous heroine Shriya was born on September 11 to Neeraja and Pushpendra Saran couple at Ranipur near Haridwar, the most revered religious place of the Hindus.

She completed her primary education at Delhi Public School in Haridwar and took her BA literature degree at Lady Sriram College.

Shriya is fond of dance right from her childhood and took dance training in Kathak discipline with Sobha Narayan.

Later, she started her career as a model and then played in some music albums. 

Shriya has been swamped by offers after Sivaji. Her curvaceous body giving elegant and lissome moves for the songs made the crowd goes gaga on her.

This beauty queen is now planning to capture the hearts of Bollywood by doing a Hindi venture by signing with director Priyadharshan for his next venture.

Currently waiting for the release of Azhagiya Tamil Magan with Vijay, she will join Vikram in Kandasamy soon directed by Susi Ganesan.
