The National award winning director from Tamil cinema, Agathiyan is making a comeback after a brief exile.

He will direct a film to be produced by Bluewater Movie Makers and it would star Vikranth.

Music is by Premji of 'Chennai 600028' fame. The first phase of shooting starts on 26 October. The director has reportedly approached 'Ammuvagiya Naan' fame Bharathi to play the heroine.

Agathiyan had carved a niche for himself directing films like 'Kadhal Kottai' and 'Gokulathil Seethai' unfortunately his recent films 'Ramakrishna' and 'Selvam' did not do good business.

The director has expressed his confidence that he would make a strong comeback and the movie would set a new trend in the industry.
