He may not have acted in any children's film till date, but he is a matinee star. This was proven beyond doubt at the Children's Film Fest, as the children cheered from the moment he entered Lalita Kala Thoranam.

Clippings of his films were shown and the whole place resounded with claps and whistles. He was too shy and spoke just a couple of sentences, but that was enough for his young fans.

Prabhas wished the children all the very best and said that they needed to concentrate on their goals, before he went off.
