Following Parthiban, it is the turn of actor Sathyaraj to come out in support of Khushboo.

Speaking at the audio launch of Kadhalil Vizhunthen in Chennai Sunday, Sathyaraj said, "It is unfortunate that cases have been filed at various courts against Khushboo for showing disrespect to Hindu Gods at the launch of the movie Vallamai Tharayo in Chennai recently. It is unfortunate that small issues have started to be seen very seriously in the society".

At a time when a crusade needs to be launched to get equality and liberty for women, filing such cases against women cannot be acceptable, Sathyaraj added.

Khushboo is one of a few female stars in Tamil filmdom, who have maintained their stardom for quite a long time. She has been admired and loved by Tamil people for more than a decade. She also courts controversy and finds herself at the receiving end. However, there are stars like Sathyaraj, who supports her in times of crisis.

Khushboo, however, doesn't seem to be perturbed by the recent controversy. She has put up a brave face and defended herself without sounding apologetic. She is ready to face the case and confident of coming out of the crisis successfully.
