It is learnt from reliable sources that Aamir Khan is keen in remaking his ‘Taare Zameen Par’ in Tamil. It is also said that he has chosen director Cheran to direct the film in Tamil.

According to a grapevine, the two had recently met in Mumbai to discuss the project. The choice of hero could be either Vikram or Suriya, should the project takes off.

It is worth recalling that Vikram has recently expressed his willingness to act in a film like  ‘Taare Zameen Par’. Since both Suriya and Vikram have handled different and off beat roles with aplomb, one can be sure that they would do justice to the role played by Aamir Khan in  ‘Taare Zameen Par’.
