The audio CD of Sanjay Ram's ‘Iyakkam’ was released by actor Suriya and received by actor Shaam in a function held in Chennai on March 30, 2008.

Sanjay Ram, the producer and director of ‘Iyakkam’, the cameraman of the film Leo. D, actor Rishikumar and the crew members of ‘Iyakkam’ attended the function. Praveen Mani has scored music for the film.

It is worth mentioning that Shaam would act in Sanjay Ram’s next movie ‘Siva Mayam’.

Sanjay Ram has earlier directed ‘Thoothukkudi’, ‘Aadu Puli Aattam’, and ‘Veeramum Eeramum’, has now completed his new venture ‘Iyakkam’, which is expected to be released by April.
