Joining the long list of actresses entering wedlock is Kanika. The actress, who made her debut with ‘Five Star’ would marry Shyam Radhakrishnan, a software engineer working in the US.

Family sources said that the wedding would take place on 16 June in a marriage hall at Mahalingapuram, Chennai.

Leading stars and technicians of film industry would wish the couple at a grand reception to be hosted on 15 June in the same venue.

Apart from ‘Varalaru’, ‘Autograph’ and ‘Dancer’ in Tamil, Kanika had also acted in a Malayalam film titled ‘Pazhassi Raja’.

She has also hosted a TV show for some time.
