Taking cue from his brother, ‘Paruthiveeran’ fame Karthi has floated an NGO Makkal Nala Manram, which would render social welfare activities.
On his birthday on Sunday, Karthi announced the launch of the Makkal Nala Manram in Chennai.
Speaking on the occasion, Karthi said, “I was impressed by my father (Sivakumar) and brother's (Suriya) social service activities. I wanted to contribute my best and hence floated Makkal Nala Manram”.
On his birthday, various philanthropic activities were carried out including distribution of free uniforms to poor students, blood donation camp was held.
