Shaam is mighty keen change his image. In a major career strategic move he has chosen to bid adieu to his Amul baby image and looks.

Keen to do action-oriented roles, he has signed up films that portray him as macho-man.

He is currently shooting for ‘Anthony Yaar’ in which he plays a fisherman. The story is about a man who fights for a cause. Similarly his next with director Sanjay Ram titled ‘Sivamayam’ is also an action movie.

Meanwhile his ‘Agamum Puramum’ kicked off on Friday which is again a movie laced with action all through.

Says a happy Shaam, 'I am fortunate to get movies that portray me as an angry young man. Hopefully these movies go on to do well at the box office'.
