Vishal starrer 'Sathyam will release on Independence Day (15 August). Directed by Rajasekharan, the movie features Vishal in the role of an upright cop. He pairs up with Nayantara for the first time.

Also the presence of Kannada actor Upendra who plays the villain and catchy music by Harris Jeyaraj are the other major highlights of the film.
