Actor Dhanush celebrates his birthday on the 28th of July (today). The actor however is in Hyderabad shooting for the film 'Padikathavan'. In view of this, the actor's fans had an advanced birthday celebration at a Kalyana Mandapam in Saligramam recently. On that occasion certain fans wanted to christen him with the title 'Ilaya Superstar' with obvious reference to him being superstar Rajinikanth's son-in-law.

Dhanush however refused to accept the title saying he does not deserve it. This refusal did not stop his fans from celebrating big time.

After 'Padikathavan' Dhanush would be back with the 'Polladhavan' team for a new film which is yet to be named. Shriya will be the leading lady of the film and director Vetri Maaran supposedly has impressed Dhanush with a wonderful story.
