Srikanth is back and busy. Post marriage, the actor is doing a host of films including ‘Indira Vizha’ with Namitha. Srikanth's ‘Ettappan’ is nearing completion quite fast.

Meanwhile, the actor has been assigned to act in a prominent role in a movie titled ‘Dakshina’, to be directed by A Jawahar. Remember Jawahar. He is the one who had directed ‘Maaran’, which featured Sathyaraj and Ponvannan in lead roles.

‘Dakshina’ will have actress Meghna opposite Srikanth. She is currently acting with Jeevan in ‘Krishnaleelai’, directed by Selvan and produced by Kavithalaya Films.

‘Dakshina’ is supposedly an action-packed venture, say sources close to director Jawahar.  M S Baskar, Vadivelu and Suman are also in the cast.

Shooting for the movie is expected to commence very soon.
