Ajith's much-awaited 'Aegan' and Suriya's starrer 'Varanam Aayiram' have been censored and is all ready to be released on the day of Deepavali.

'Aegan' is loosely based on the Hindi blockbuster ‘Main Hoon Na’. Nayantara, who’s on screen presence with Ajith in ‘Billa’ created waves, is once again joining hands with the actor in 'Aegan'.

Navdeep, who has acted in ‘Arindhum Ariyamalum’ is doing the role of Ajith's brother in the movie. Says director Raju Sundaram,‘Ajith’s role in this film is such a powerful one. He fights for justice and establishes his supremacy. That's why the title Aegan.'
