A popular television anchor James Vasanathan, mesmerized everyone with his scintillating musical score in ‘Subramaniapuram’. The song went on to become a chartbuster. “Kangal Irandal” is the anthem of the year among the youth.

He had accolades pouring from all quarters. But, the music composer was in no hurry to accept his next movie. Finally, after much persuasion, he has agreed to do a movie for SPB Charan's Capital Film Works. The movie titled 'Naanayam' featuring Prasanna, Sibiraj and Ragini in the lead role will have musical score by James Vasanthan.

If 'Subramanipuram' was set in rural milieu, 'Naanayam' is city-based subject. Let's hope James Vasanathan does it bigger and better this time.
