Actor Prabhudeva sure hasn’t been frazzled by the not-inspiring run of his ‘Villu’. The actor turned director, who is currently camping in Hyderabad, where he is choreographing a song for Rajini’s ‘Endhiran’, has agreed to play the lead role in director Thankar Bachan’s next film.

Known for his meaningful movies, Thankar Bachan had announced a couple of months earlier that he had a script which he thought only Prabhudeva could do justice to. The actor, however, had been reluctant to take up the offer and grapevine had it that the project had even been shelved. But it now is being learnt that the film will finally happen with Bhoomika and Prabhudeva in the lead.

Bhoomika is currently working on ‘Maa’. Prabhudeva has announced that he will resume with direction following this film, and has finalized Siddharth as the hero for that film, which will be in Telugu.
