Nakul, the dance sensation who is still synonymous with the “Naaka Mukka” number, has injured himself during the shoot of his next film, 'Kandha Kottai'. The movie has Nakul and Poorna in the lead and shooting has been going on in Madhavaram, in Chennai, for a few days now.
 
A fight sequence was canned and the actor, it is reported, had very dangerous stunts sequences to do, and he was all game for such stunts. The actor, despite being the brother of a popular star Devayani, has completely worked by himself for his success, and is always found wanting to walk the extra mile.
 
This scene required him to break the front glass of a lorry and he had to swing on a rope as he did this. The actor, unfortunately, lost his balance and fell off the ground. This severely injured his knee after which he was rushed to a hospital. Doctors said there was nothing dangerous and yet advised three days rest for the actor. Shooting for the film will resume soon in the same location.
