She is still referred to dearly as Bommayi, even as it has been more than three months since she thundered into fame with her dual role in ‘Arundhathee’. And she then became the highly-talked about Rs 1 Crore heroine in South India. She now has films with the leading stars of Tamil cinema, including Vijay, Suriya and Karthi.

Yet, perhaps, taking her cue from Nayantara’s career, Anushka seems to be hell bent on strong scripts. And the actress seems to have decided that glamour alone cannot retain her in the top slot, as her roles need to be substantial too.

So, the actress is said to be concentrating on her scripts, and is demanding a full narration of the same for her forthcoming projects. Anushka is currently working on a Telugu film with Mahesh Babu and Vijay’s ‘Vettaikkaran’.
