Here is yet another junior getting ready to fly high. Presenting Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, the daughter of Sarathkumar.

The young lady is already making her presence felt in the acting industry. She is managing a production house and is currently heading ‘Mamma Mia!’ an extravagant musical show. Encouraged by her dad, Varalaxmi had started this company in a way to promote theatrical performances. ‘Mamma Mia!’ is directed by Mithran Devanesen and choreographed by Jeffery Vardon.

Being a studious kid, Varalaxmi had only recently given acting a serious thought. She did post graduation in Business Management from Edinburgh University and later got trained in acting from Anupam Kher School of acting, Mumbai.

Varalaxmi is making her entry in filmdom with the movie, 'Podaa Podi', opposite Silambarasan and the movie is said to be entirely shot in Canada. ‘Podaa Podi’ is produced by Shanaya Tele films Pvt. Ltd, Mumbai in association with Gemini Film Circuit and directed by Vigeshsiva.

Let’s see whether this papa’s angel creates waves like her father.
