Hanging over ‘The Hangover’?
IndiaGlitz [Tuesday, June 30, 2009]

Times have come where originality is fast fading. Film makers are desperately looking for ideas to hit the jackpot. Nothing even stops them from flicking plots from somewhere and making it to the hit list.  ‘Inspiration’ is in and one can just go on to carbon copy several western movies in their regional language. But it has to stop somewhere, right?

Well, the Hollywood citizens naturally are becoming too wise for any of their brain drain. They are turning cautious over their movies and started preserving them from becoming the victim of any Indian mind’s inspiration.

‘The Hangover’ movie has received mind blowing response from our city itself. Two of the cinema houses which screened the movie had overwhelming audience and among those were several Kollywood movie makers who made mental calculations to make use of the successful film. But it seems that they have to keep such ideas where they are, for the movie has been strictly guarded!

The producers of an award winning film said to have sent public notices to several newspapers and other publications that stated strict action against those who manipulated with their fine work. This came as a rule when few Bollywood film makers attempted to make a remake of that movie.

Hollywood has gone to such extend that few of these western film makers have started taking help of private detective agencies to spy on those who plan to remake their films! So Kollywood start wearing your own thinking caps!
