The ‘Yogi’ news has been doing media rounds for sometime now and one maybe eagerly waiting to see director Ameer, to show his acting skills. The director turns actor in this one and will be seen sharing the screen with Madhumitha.

The rights of ‘Yogi’ are said to be brought by Kalaignar TV. Sources say that Sun TV had plans to acquire the movie’s rights. Sun TV has got the rights of Bharath’s ‘Aarumugam’ and ‘Kanden Kadhalai’, but lost ‘Yogi’ to Kalaignar TV.

As of now, the promotions for the movie are going on full swing. Talks on a grand audio function is going on, where the happenings will be telecasted live on Kalaignar TV. But the date of the event is yet to be finalised.
