Unlike other actresses who take leave from acting after their marriage, Meena announced that she will be acting even after her wedding.

Meena Ponnu has now signed a deal for 'Thambikottai' the debut venture of director Ammu Ramesh, who is a one time associate of 'Jayam' Raja. What we hear is that Meena is acting as the elder sis of Narain in this one. Sources say that the film has abundant screen space for the actress.

'Thambikkottai' is produced under the banner of Thambikkottai Rajeshwari Films by Suresh. The movie stars Narain and Poonam Bajwa in the lead role with, Prabhu and Vadivelu. 'Thambikkottai' has cinematography by Kannan and music by D. Imman. We hear that the film will start rolling from the month of December.

Now we have to wait for this one!
