Shammu who is the centre of attraction for her upcoming flick ‘Mathi Yosi’ is recognized for her realistic performance in Priyadarshan’s ‘Kanchivaram’.

Though she was first signed for ‘Mayilu’ of Prakash Raj’s home banner, ‘Kanchivaram’ released earlier and pulled her flair to limelight. In fact, only after seeing Shammu’s acting in ‘Kanchivaram’ as Prakash Raj’s daughter, director Nanda Periyasami booked her for his ‘Mathi Yosi’.

Besides several good offers from Tamil, the smart lass has also grabbed two lucrative offers from the Telugu Desam. One is with ‘Bommarillu’ director Baskar. In this untitled flick, Shammu has the latest sensation of Telugu cinema, Ram Charan Teja as her Jodi. And the second project is suspense as of now, said Shammu’s mummy dear.

We need not work as to how is Shammu gonna take care of the language problem. Coz her mom said that the girl handles it cool in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi and English with British accent.
