Director Priyadarshan is the one to be admired among the South directors who migrate to North and has given maximum number of box-office hits! And all of Priyan’s works will have humour as its important ingredient irrespective of the language.

Priyadarshan is still not fully out of the delight of getting a National award for his ‘Kanjeevaram’. The director has bagged a lucrative offer of directing a Hindi film to be produced by an international company with a whooping budget of 100 crores.

The above information was confirmed by Priyan’s Bollywood dialogue writer Kamalesh Pandey. The writer further added that the film will be one of its kinds. The script has been with him for over a decade now. Initially, it was meant for Shekhar Kapoor to direct this film, but later due to his preoccupation, the film is now in the hands of Priyadarshan.

Priyadarshan is now busy with his ‘Khatta Meeta’ with Akshay Kumar and our Trisha. Sources in the know say that the director will be starting the big budget even before finishing ‘Khatta Meeta’.
