It's a semi love-marriage: Manisha

Any guesses how Manisha Koirala, who announced recently that she would marry Nepal-based entrepreneur Samrat Dahal, zeroed in on her man?

Circles close to the actress reveal the couple met each other through common friends a few months back and realised that they share many things in common. "Hence they wanted to get married," they say.

Adding the next thing Manisha and Samrat did was to involve their parents, sources say all worked out well and the marriage is now fixed for June 19. "It will be a grand affair since Manisha hails from one of the most respected families of Nepal."

Confirming all these things, Manisha, who is currently acting in Dhanush's 'Mappillai', says, "You could say it's a semi-love, semi-arranged marriage. We understand each other a lot and this has resulted in wedding. I am happy about my life."

Meanwhile, sources have it that Samrat, who is a leather businessman, has an office in Chennai. "Not just Chennai, the businessman has got offices in Kathmandu, Kolkata, Delhi, Agra and Kanpur," they add.
