Vijay Antony happy about 'Nakka Mukka' in World Cup

To say Vijay Antony is on cloud nine would be a downplaying statement, for the music composer is in fail of words to explain his happiness on his 'Naakka...Mukka...' being played during the inaugural ceremony of World Cup cricket.

"The ICC World Cup is one of the very few events which is expected by the whole world. I feel honoured that my song was played during the opening ceremony in Dhaka on Thursday," he says.

"At a time such kuthu songs are being neglected by the elite, it was a happy moment when Naakka..Mukka...which had local instruments in full flow, played at the international event," he adds.

Currently busy playing the lead role in a film titled 'Naan', Vijay Antony says he would continue to provide quality music in the coming days too. "Music is always my first priority," he says.
