Kajal Aggarwal, who has become a pan Indian actress with Tamil, Telugu and Hindi releases, is considered a lucky mascot in Tollywood, thanks to her back to back super hits. Apparently cashing in on her popularity in Andhra Pradesh, the makers of her 2009 release, 'Modhi Vilayadu', are planning to dub and release the film in Telugu as 'Benami - Vela Kotlu'!
'Modhu Vilayadu' saw Vinay and Kajal in the lead roles with Kalabhavan Mani in a pivotal role. The project was helmed by Saran and Santhanam was a part of it as well. The film has several twists in its plot and throws light on rivalry between Vinay and his foster father.
The makers are hopeful that 'Benami - Vela Kotlu', a mass masala film that's loaded with comedy will strike a chord with Telugu film patrons.
Kajal currently has two biggies in Tamil, 'Thupaki' where she shares screen space with Ilayathalapathy Vijay and 'Maatraan' with Suriya. The actress is all excited about these two projects.
