Nayantara is back to Tamil and Telugu films and boy oh boy, has the actress managed to bag some interesting offers! The actress went to Tirupathi yesterday (March 21) for a darshan before starting her second innings in Tamil and Telugu.

Nayantara visited Tirupathi in the wee hours yesterday morning and had a morning darshan. The authorities were informed about her arrival and the darshan is said to have been a peaceful one as it was a weekday. She also performed few special poojas and was back to Chennai last evening.

The actress has signed her first official film opposite Telugu actor Gopichand, remember the baddie from 'Jayam'? This action entertainer will mark his debut as protagonist in Tamil cinema. She is also rumoured to be the heroine of Ajith - Arya starrer directed by Vishnuvardhan, although there's no official confirmation on this front yet.

The actress is said to have signed three prestigious projects in Telugu opposite top notch actors like Nag and Rana.
