Karthi or Jiiva for Santhakumar?

Filmmaker Santhakumar hit the limelight with his debut venture 'Mounaguru' a few months back. The director is now getting ready for his second film, which will be produced by KE Gnanavelraja's Studio Green.

"As many as 20 producers approached me after Mounaguru. Among them, I have committed myself to do my next for Studio Green. It will be a full-fledged action film and script works are currently on," Santhakumar says.

He adds: "A hunt is on for the title. Either Karthi Sivakumar or Jiiva will play the lead role. I can take a final call only after the script work is completely over. An official announcement will be made very soon."

'Mounaguru', starring Arulnidhi in the lead role, emerged a gripping suspense thriller and won rave reviews. The film spoke about how the life of a carefree youngster takes a turn due to some wicked police officers.
