'Maatraan' rocking trailer! Suriya as conjoined twins

It's official now. Suriya is playing conjoined twins in his upcoming film 'Maatraan', directed by K V Anand. The first look and teasers of the film, which were released on Wednesday, have become huge hits within hours.

Says KV Anand, "Vimalan and Akilan were the names of the characters Suriya is doing in this movie. They are conjoined twins, and hence, two heads, four hands, four legs, but one body."

Giving more details, he says, "Though they are twins, the attitude of Vimalan and Akilan are totally different. While the former is a good boy, the latter is a playboy."

The director adds: "It was a tough challenge to make this movie. Suriya has really worked hard. For Maatraan, he has put efforts required to act in three films. I hope the flick will be liked by one and all."
