Sarath to start a school

Sarath Kumar has decided to start an international school in Chennai. The actor unveiled this idea of his during his birthday celebrations recently.

"The government alone cannot bring a change. We as citizens should do our bit to the society. Starting a school is my dream and it is all set to materialize soon. I am going to start it in association with NRIs," he said.

Sarath added: "The school will not only have an academic curriculum. It will have a syllabus of its own, and will give utmost importance to music, sports among other things."

The president of South Indian Film Artistes Association is also the chief of All India Samathuva Makkal Katchi. A member of Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly, he is currently part of many south Indian filmy projects, including Superstar Rajinikanth's 'Kochadaiyaan'.
