We are talking about Madhur Bhandarkar's dream project and his most awaited film 'Heroine', which stars Kareena Kapoor in the lead role along with Arjun Rampal.

The film recently was certified as 'A' by Central Board of Film Certification.

Showing no qualms about it, the National Award-winning filmmaker wrote on his micro-blogging site, "As expected got 'A' certificate from the censor board.

'Heroine' revolves around the ups and downs of a heroine in the cine industry and it is said that Kareena has surpassed all her previous performances with this one. 
 
It can be recalled the earlier, 'Heroine' was launched with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in lead; however, Kareena got on board, after Aishwarya walked out of the project owing to her pregnancy.

Madhur at that time seemed to have been in fix as to how he will bring his dream project alive.

But then, slowly things started to fall in place once Kareena was signed for the film.
