Yaan shooting proceeds in Mumbai

Mumbai is quickly become a preferable shooting spot for several film makers. Vijay's recent hit Thuppakki was almost shot entirely in the city and Illayathalapathy has also started working on his next film A.L.Vijay in the streets of Mumbai as well. Now it has been confirmed that the film, Yaan, which is the directorial debut of cinematographer Ravi K.Chandran will also be based in Mumbai.

Yaan features Jiiva in the lead opposite Thulasi Nair, who is making her debut with Kadal. The duo have already completed a photo-shoot and pooja in Mumbai and are currently taking part in the first shooting schedule of the film at the ND Studios. Located out of town in the popular Karjat area, ND Studios has seen several projects made under its roof including Dabaang 2. Joining the likes will be Yaan, soon.
