Explaining the reason behind the decision, the actor says, "Because I was at home for just 40 days in 2012 and I missed my wife and kid a lot."

"I don't want this to continue in the new year. So I have decided to work only six days a week- from Monday to Saturday," says Jiiva.

At present, the actor is part of some of the much expected movies such as 'Yaan' and 'David', Last week, his 'Neethane En Ponvasantham' hit the screens and he is happy about the response.
