It was decided that the Tamil Nadu Cinema Theaters Association is opposing the release of "Vishwaroopam" and have decided to stop the release of the film in the whole state of Tamil Nadu.

Seems like everyone isn't for that plan. Devi Cinemas in Chennai has taken up the film and are ready to release it even after its DTH release. So we do get to watch this much spoken about film of Kamal Haasan on the big screen after all. We hope that the other theaters will follow the lead and release "Vishwaroopam" too.
