We already know that Samy , the director of "Mirugam" is planning on making a sequel of it. He was also the director who had Aadhi debut in his film. Rumours said that Aadhi would be the lead in "Mirugam 2" also.

Upon hearing this Aadhi called it bluff saying, "Samy did call me about doing a film with me again. But since I was not free during the period he wanted, the project couldn't go through. We didn't even discuss the script, so it beats me how people jump to conclusions that the story was "Mirugam 2"! I would do a film with Samy anytime. I have the greatest respect for him for he was the one who gave me a break with "Mirugam"."
