'David' releases on February 1st

Vikram and Jiiva starrer "David" is Bejoy Nambiar's directorial debut in tamil. A fact to be noted is that he was a former assistant of Maniratnam. This movie is about how two men who share the same name collide in life.

The confusion was whther or not "David" would release on the 1st of February as Maniratnam's "Kadal" is also set to hit the screens that day. Now, the official announcement is out. "David" will surely be clashing at the box offcie with "Kadal". We shall wait and see what happens to these two mass releases.
