IndiaGlitz [Friday, January 25, 2013]

"Kadal" is the upcoming Mani Ratnam film that has been causing waves of expectation over the audience. This film has big names thrown in, like AR Rahman, Rajiv Menon and Mani Ratnam himself.

"Kadal" has a lot of major selling points, one of which is the fact that Karthik's son and Radha's daughter are pairing up as a debut couple in this film. Production houses have been thriving to get hold of distribution rights for this sure to be hit flick. Seems like the winner in some areas is Thirupathi Brothers. They have bagged the distribution rights for "Kadal" in Chennai, Madurai and Coimbatore. This production house recently released the superhit film "Kumki" and their luck is indeed running well since they bagged "Kadal" now too.
