The young buddy of the most prestigious family of Dadasaheb Phalke award winner Akkineni Nageshwara Rao grandson and son of Nagarjuna has accepted to act in Kannada film 'Charminar' remake in Telugu.

Naga Chaitanya with Sridhar producer from Telugu films with director of 'Charminar' R Chandru watched the film at Rama Naidu Studio theatre on Saturday and said 'Chala Bagundi'. With this 'Charminar' going to Telugu director Chandru is also moving to Telugu as director. The film will be on a higher scale of making. The title of the film 'Charminar' aptly suits Telugu film. 'Charminar' is also monument in Hyderabad.

The film is in Kannada 'Charminar' released two weeks ago is doing good business in the box office stars Lovely star Premkumar and Meghana Gaonkar.

The highpoint of this poised love story 'Charminar' is that it is getting more theatres from week by week. It was 100 theatres in the first week and got 25 theatres more in the last week despite of three Kannada films and three non Kannada films releasing on 15th of February.
